Pre-Sale Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you pre-order a product from Door Bow Co. By placing a pre-order you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms, so please read them carefully before you place a pre-order and keep a copy or note for your records.

Placing a pre-order

Pre-released orders (“Pre-orders”) are orders for products (“Products”) that are not yet available for general sale from  Door Bow Co.

In order to place a Pre-order, you will need to provide certain information, including but not limited to your name, address and billing information. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is accurate and up to date.  If we do not have accurate information, we will not be able to keep you informed.

Payments

When you place a Pre-order you will need to pay the full upfront price of the Product and Shipping.

Cancellations

Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the “Order Form” has been submitted and paid nor could it be exchanged for other items. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.

Delivery

The expected shipping date for Pre-Order Products will be clearly noted on each Product page, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Door Bow Co does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date.  As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met,  Door Bow Co is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. The Products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order is received.  Shipments will be made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted.

Once the products have landed and received by our team, you will then be informed via the email address you have provided. We will immediately have all your orders packed in the next 72 Hours and schedule it for shipment.
